These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NCLEX Decoded (the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides educational study materials for people preparing for the NCLEX-RN® examination: free guides and reference charts, and paid digital products (the Core Bundle and NCLEX Cram) delivered as downloadable files through Payhip. All content is general educational material for personal, non-commercial study use.
NCLEX Decoded is a study aid. It is not a school, a review course with instructors, a tutoring service, or a testing organization. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, nursing advice for any specific patient, or professional advice of any kind, and using the Site does not create any professional relationship between you and us. Clinical content summarizes widely published educational material for examination preparation; it is not a practice reference and must never be used to direct patient care.
The Site and its products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) or by any state board of nursing. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of NCSBN and are used on this Site only to identify the examination the materials prepare you for.
We work to keep content accurate and aligned with the published NCSBN test plan, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current, or correct, and we do not guarantee any examination result, score, or outcome from using the Site or any product. Examination content, test plans, and clinical guidelines change; you are responsible for confirming current requirements with NCSBN and your state board of nursing.
You agree to: use the Site and products only for your personal study; not copy, redistribute, resell, or share purchased files or account access; not misrepresent the products as affiliated with NCSBN or any board of nursing; and provide accurate information when you contact us. Digital products are licensed to the individual purchaser for personal use.
Paid products are sold and delivered through Payhip, which processes payment and file delivery under its own terms. Prices are shown in US dollars. If a purchase or download goes wrong — a corrupted file, a delivery failure, a charge made in error — email us at help@doogex.com and we will make it right.
All Site content and product content is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. The purchase of a digital product grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study. Trademarks of third parties (including NCSBN's) belong to their owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, including any examination outcome. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
